destination. Within Belgium, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days. For
other European countries, delivery can take 3 to 7 business days.

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with European consumer rights, provided that the products are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Diffusers may be turned on to test the sound or function, but must not be used with fragrance oil; otherwise, the return will be refused. Both diffusers and fragrance oils are considered hygiene products and cannot be returned if they have been used or if the seal of the fragrance oil has been broken. Please contact our customer service before returning an item to receive instructions. Refunds will be processed once the returned products have been inspected.

In accordance with European safety guidelines, we recommend diffusing in a well-ventilated area and limiting continuous use to a maximum of 8 hours at a time. Our diffusers operate intermittently, and you can easily adjust these settings to suit your space and preferences. With an average cycle of 10 seconds per 3 minutes, the actual diffusion time over 8 hours is approximately 27 minutes, ensuring a consistent scent while staying well within safe exposure limits.

Our fragrances are safe to use in living and working spaces, including near pets. However, animals can be more sensitive to scents, and since they cannot tell us whether a scent is pleasant for them, it is always a good idea to observe their behavior. Our fragrances are IFRA (International Fragrance Association) certified, meaning they meet globally recognized safety standards, developed through continuous scientific assessment and collaboration with experts. These standards ensure that our fragrance oils are used safely and responsibly.

The best size depends on how often and for how long you plan to diffuse the fragrance oil:

· 50 ml: Ideal for trying out a new scent. 50 ml will last approximately 1 month.

· 120 ml: Suitable for regular use in medium to large spaces. This size offers a longer supply (2 to 3 months) and is more economical for continuous use.

· 500 ml: Designed for heavy or continuous use in larger spaces. This option offers the longest supply and the best long-term value.

When choosing the right diffuser, it's important to consider the size of your space, the height of the ceiling, and the natural airflow. We offer units for both small and large spaces.

For Medium spaces (up to 150 m²) - Perfect for larger rooms, apartments, or small offices. These standalone units offer customizable intensity and scheduling via the recommended app, allowing you to tailor the scent experience to your environment.

For Large spaces (up to 1,600 m²) - Designed for businesses, large homes, or venues. These professional diffusers can be connected to your HVAC system to scent large areas and work with existing ventilation. Built-in intensity levels and scheduling provide complete control over the scent experience in large areas.
